Welcome to The Friedman Center d/b/a One Jewish State (“OJS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://www.onejewishstate.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about One Jewish State’s mission, programs, and activities. The Site may also allow users to make charitable donations.

One Jewish State is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Content on the Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Donations made through the Site are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

By submitting a donation, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided; and

• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Third-Party Payment Processors
 

Donations are processed by third-party payment service providers (such as payment processors or platforms) that collect and process your payment information on our behalf. One Jewish State does not receive, store, or retain your full payment card numbers or banking information.

Your payment information is provided directly to the applicable third-party processor and is subject to that processor’s own terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting a donation.

When you interact with the Site, including by making a donation or contacting us, we may collect limited personal information such as your name, email address, donation amount, and other information you voluntarily provide.

We use this information solely for legitimate nonprofit purposes, including:

• Processing donations and acknowledgments;

• Communicating with you regarding our mission or activities;

• Complying with legal, accounting, or tax obligations; and

• Operating and improving the Site.

We do not sell or rent user personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site or processing donations, solely as necessary to provide those services and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of others;

• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to One Jewish State and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
